Women of Vision community mural

(Rockland, Maine) The Farnsworth Art Museum in Rockland, Maine, in partnership with Area Interfaith Outreach Food and Energy Assistance (AIO), is proud to announce the public display of a 6’ x 20’ mural in AIO’s greeting room at 1 Gordon Drive, in Rockland’s Industrial Park. The mural, inspired six Farnsworth Women of Vision visual artists, was designed by Community Artist Alexis Iammarino, and completed through the talents of Iammarino and a small team of volunteers including three student artist assistants from Oceanside High School: Vandeslaine Nascimento-Barcellos, Fiona Charlson and Alexa Zell.
